Pay It Forward Foundation is proud to once again host the Annual Sunny Zwilling Memorial Ice Carousel Extravaganza...better know as I.C.E. Fest - A FREE Family Friendly Weekend of Winter Events featuring the World's Largest Ice Carousel (attempt) and fun activities for all ages!

Activities to include Human Foosball, Curling, Dog Sledding, Underwater Drone, Santa Rides and Pictures, Airplane Rides, Hockey and Open Skate, Igloo Building, Spear Fishing, DJ Music, Powered Parachute Airplane Ride, and Spin It To Win It!

(All activities are subject to weather.)

Donations are being accepted the weekend of the event or you can donate online via https://thrivent.cotribute.co/events/599055/detail, or mail a check, payable to Pay It Forward Foundation to 21296 Forest Road, Little Falls, MN 56345.

Pay It Forward Foundation, a 501c3 non profit organization, is proud to one again host the 5th Annual Sunny Zwilling Memorial Ice Carousel Extravaganza, (I.C.E. Fest 2021). This is a FREE Family Friendly Weekend of Outdoor Events to help stomp out children’s hunger and features the World’s Largest Ice Carousel (attempt). The event will be raising funds for Flyer Pride Pack (a weekend food backpack program) and Kare Kloset (a resource for students that struggle to have their basic needs met at home).

The Zwilling Family currently holds the record for the World’s Largest Ice Carousel at 749ft 8in in diameter (228.58 meters), 18” thick, weighing 38 million lbs (19,000 tons), 0.45 miles around and covering 10.1 acres...and they will be attempting to break their own record as part of this year's event!

Shuttle from in-town available-see image below for shuttle stops and times.

And don't worry about the weather...dress accordingly and if you get too cold you can stop in the warming tent and grab some free chili, chips, cookies, coffee, and hot chocolate!

Does anyone want to come and help cut and remove ice tomorrow at noon? Brian and I want to cut the 405 footer to test his machine and let it flood if it is going to flood.

Got some prep done on the lake today for I.C.E. Fest 2022 World Record Attempt Benefitting Hungry Kids. Two Curling sheets, a Human Bowling Lane, area cleared for Hockey and Human Foosball

15 Jan 2022 - Checking Ice Thickness
First ice check of the season. Really poor video, but that’s beside the point.
Found 4-6” of snow, no slush on the ice, 3” of steel ice, an inch or so of poor ice and then another 9 inches of steel ice.
So 12-13” of ice in the 3 spots I checked, but not 100% steel ice. Would be perfect ice carousel conditions
