Fest, an event hosted by Pay it Forward Foundation, (a 501c3 non profit) promises an array of exhilarating activities that cater to diverse interests, ensuring an enjoyable time for people of all ages. From enchanting ice carousels, to thrilling dog sled rides, and magical Santa sleigh rides for lasting memories. The classic sports of curling and hockey along with non standard activities like Human Foosball and Human Bowling are also on the agenda. I.C.E. Fest truly offers something for everyone.

🌍The pièce de résistance of this frozen marvel will be the 1,000-foot ice carousel, a mesmerizing structure that sets the stage for awe and wonder. Nestled within its frozen embrace will be five 100-foot ice carousels, each one uniquely representing its country of origin.

I.C.E. Fest 2024 and World Ice Carousel Day took place on February 17 and 18, 2024, at the Darling & Green Prairie Township Park near Little Falls, Minnesota

The "Beach Fest" Shift

Weather Impact: Due to unseasonably warm conditions and thin ice on the lake, the 2024 festival was moved safely to the shore and rebranded as "Beach Fest".
Activities: Instead of the signature on-the-ice carousel, organizers hosted classic winter and land activities, including hockey, curling, human foosball, bowling, giant blocks, wagon rides with Santa, and a warming/food tent.
Commemoration: A special fireworks display lit up the sky on Saturday at 4:00 PM to celebrate World Ice Carousel Day.
